Clear Your System
One of the reasons we are so sick today, especially why our children are so sick, is toxicity. We are surrounded with chemicals that get into our bodies through our lungs, stomachs, and skin. Our bodies, especially our livers, are built to help us detoxify. But, in today’s world, it is very easy to get overloaded, have toxins accumulate and cycle around our systems without a proper exit. This is toxicity.
We get toxins in many different ways: chemicals in the air we breathe, in the cleaning
products we use, in our skincare products, the fertilizers and weed killers on our lawns, and from medications. We can have toxic exposure at our jobs, or from an overload of parasites that steal nutrients and create a great deal of toxicity in our guts and bodies. One way to think of toxicity is as if our body is a giant fish tank. The fish represent our cells, swimming in the clean, clear water and eating the nutrients in the water when needed. When our fish tanks become toxic, the water becomes murky, the fish can no longer see where the nutrients are. As the water continues to stay murky our cells will start to malfunction and disease will ensue. But, we can reverse this. All we have to do is clean the fish tank.
How do we clean the fish tank? We detox. There is a gentle level of detoxing, which
does not have to be a complicated process that alters your daily life. Detox methods
include:

Ionic foot detox
A peaceful and relaxing foot detox bath is prepared for you with just warm water and salt. The feet are placed into this nice relaxing bath for 3 minutes to open up the pores. An Ion array is then placed into the bath, which interacts with the salt to create a charge. The charge opens up a direct detoxification pathway with no adverse effects, and begins to gently pull excess acid, environmental toxins, and heavy metals out of the body. For 30 minutes, you will peacefully relax in this warm foot bath, which is, then, completed with a foot wash.
A reflexology session
Could be added after the foot detox. Reflexology is a pressure point/massage modality that addresses areas of imbalance throughout the body through the feet. The feet are a fascinating microsystem, possessing a complete map to the entire body. When we address issues within the microsystem of the foot, the corresponding area of the body or organ will be stimulated. Reflexology improves circulation, breaks up lactic acid crystals, and opens up blocked energy pathways which will allow the body to start to function correctly and heal.
